UNSOED, BPDLH, Government Investment Centre, and BPDP-KS Affirm Cooperation Agreement

[unsoed.ac.id, Sat, 03/08/24] Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (Unsoed) established cooperation with the Environmental Fund Management Agency (BPDLH), the Government Investment Centre, and the Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDP-KS), on Saturday (03/8/2024). This cooperation was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by the leaders of the four institutions, which took place on the 3rd Floor of the Unsoed Rectorate, and was witnessed by the Director General of Treasury of the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, Astera Primanto Bhakti.

The memorandum of understanding, which is valid for a period of 5 years, with the scope of cooperation includes the implementation of the Tridarma programme of higher education, including Education and Teaching, Research and Development, and Community Service; Implementation of the Merdeka Belajar and Kampus Merdeka Programmes; Implementation of the Revolving Fund Facility Financing Programme, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and / or ultra-micro; Implementation of training, research and certification programmes; Assistance of experts or resource persons; Provision of facilities and infrastructure supporting cooperation; and Development and Improvement of the Education Curriculum and syllabus through a pool of experts.

In addition to the signing of the MoU, there was also a kick off of the umi village cluster honey with the symbolic handover of bee colonies from the Director General of Treasury, and the Unsoed rector to the government Investment Centre (PIP) partner.

The rector of Unsoed Prof.Dr.Ir Akhmad Sodiq M.Sc., Agr., IPU., ASEAN Eng said that the cooperation will bridge the performance at Unsoed, especially to improve community service, research and education.

‘Through this MoU and Cooperation Agreement, excellent human resources and the development of science and technology at Unsoed can be realised to the fullest,’ hoped the rector.

General Director of Treasury of the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, Astera Primanto Bhakti said this event is a highly important event as well as an event that could show to the world of education that the Ministry of Finance, especially in the directorate of Treasury, has a programme that is able to help each other.

We have collaborated with many universities in Indonesia to increase the literacy of how the government manages unusual funds.

This cooperation also provides benefits for BPDLH, the Government Investment Centre, and BPDP-KS on how to conduct research, how to develop programmes for the benefit of all stakeholders.
