UNSOED Delegates Won Gold Medal at the Competition of EUROINVENT Romania

[, Sat, 20/05/23] Unsoed delegates achieved international-level achievements again by obtaining a "Gold Medal" for writing scientific ideas in the Energy and Sustainable Development category, organized by EUROINVENT (European Exhibition of Creativity and Innovation Romania) 2023. The event was initiated by the Romanian Inventors Forum, Europe Direct Iasi, Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iasi, and the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi. The annual competition was held on May 11-13, 2023, and was the 15th time the event was held.

Under the guidance of Ir. Priswanto, S.T., M.Eng and Drs. Agung Praptapa, MBA, PhD., Ak., CA., the Unsoed students team focused on an innovation entitled "LIWS (Lightning Ionization Water System): A Solution of Water Crisis to Increase the World's Clean Water Supply". What makes them even more rewarding is that this new idea has become a breakthrough in the field of renewable and sustainable energy.
