[unsoed.ac.id, Sat, 28/6/25] Jenderal Soedirman University (Unsoed), through its Academic Support Unit (UPA) for Career Development and Entrepreneurship, is once again holding the largest recruitment event in the Banyumas area, Unsoed Job Fair 2025. This event will take place on July 2–3, 2025, at Graha Widyatama Prof. Rubijanto Misman, Unsoed Campus, Purwokerto.
This event is open and free to the public, featuring more than 20 national and multinational companies from various sectors including banking, manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, technology, and financial services.
Carrying the theme of Campus Hiring & Company Branding, Unsoed Job Fair 2025 aims to be a strategic platform that connects job seekers and businesses through walk-in interviews, company presentations, and professional networking opportunities.
Two national institutions will also be present as part of the main session.
- Bank Indonesia, represented by Muharpandidjaja, as Head of the Human Resources Operations Group, Human Resources Department, will deliver a presentation titled “EVP and Human Resources Recruitment at Bank Indonesia” on July 2, 2025, at 10:30-11:30 a.m. WIB.
- The National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) will introduce many flagship programs, including the Degree by Research Program (Master’s and Doctorate), the Doctoral Scholarships for National Research and Innovation Talents (in collaboration with LPDP), postdoctoral programs, and initiatives to develop the capacity of young Indonesian talents.
Head of the Career Development and Entrepreneurship UPA, Dr. Ratna Stia Dewi, M.Sc, stated that this event is not only a bridge for college graduates and final year students to enter the workforce, but also a talent development opportunity.
“One of the highlights of this event is the 1-on-1 CV Review directly with the HRD of participating companies and 1-on-1 Career Coaching with the FEB Unsoed Career Laboratory, which is a tangible form of university support for students’ career readiness,” Ratna explained.
A number of companies have confirmed to participate, including Bank BRI, PT MKD Salim Agrochemicals, Kalbe Farma, Indofood, Sosro, Kinobi, Dipo Star Finance, Bernofarm, Pegadaian, Multifinance Sinar Mas, and the BRIN research institute. The event will run daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. WIB.
