UTBK-SBMPTN 2021 has started, UNSOED Serves 14,442 Participants

[, Tue, 13/04/21] The computer-based written test (UTBK) of the annual state university entrance test (SBMPTN) 2021, has started, (Mon, 12/4). The 351 UNSOED UTBK Center this year serves a total of 14,442 participants. UTBK was carried out in two rounds, the first on 12-18 April 2021 and the second on 26 April-2 May 2021. UTBK 351 UNSOED Center conducted the test in 8 locations: Faculty of Medicine, Department of Dentistry Kalibakal, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Animal Science, Faculty Humanities, Faculty of ISIP, and Faculty of Economics and Business. Deputy Rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ir. Akhmad Sodiq, M.Agr.Sc. said, “A total of 550 exam participants will be divided into 21 rooms for each session.”

Rector of UNSOED, Prof. Dr. Ir. Suwarto, M.S. visited the UTBK location on the first day to make sure everything ran well. Rector and Vice Rectors also ensured the implementation of the health protocol in the UTBK. In general, UTBK on the first day went well and there were no significant obstacles. Participants also experienced no health problems and adhered to required health protocols.

The Vice Rector for Academic Affairs further stated that the exam group at UTBK was divided into 3 (three) groups: Science and Technology (Saintek) with the material for the Scholastic Potential Test (TPS) and the Academic Ability Test (TKA) of Science (Mathematics, Science, Physics, Science and Technology, Chemistry ,and Biology); Social and Humanities (Soshum) with TPS and TKA Soshum exam materials (Geography, History, Sociology, and Economics); and Mixed Groups (Saintek and Soshum) with TPS examination material, TKA Saintek, and TKA Soshum. “The UTBK results are planned to be announced on June 14, 2021,” he said

Universitas Jenderal Soedirman plans to accept 1,620 new students from the UTBK-SBMPTN. This amount will be distributed in 39 undergraduate study programs from 12 faculties at UNSOED.
