Major Contributions:

1. Significant Increase in the Number of Study Programs and Institutional Accreditation Status
In its performance report, Unsoed—under his leadership—expanded from approximately 84 to 105 study programs, and its institutional accreditation status was upgraded to “Excellent” (previously “A”). This demonstrates a significant improvement in academic quality, governance, and educational services.
2. Strengthening Unsoed’s Position as a Research University Focused on Food Sovereignty
Promoting leading-edge research in agriculture, animal science, and fisheries that is relevant to national food sovereignty, thereby further establishing Unsoed as a center for the development of science based on rural resources and local wisdom.
1. National Recognition as a Government Partner
Due to these achievements in research innovation, the Rector of Unsoed was personally invited by the Minister of National Development Planning/Bappenas to present Unsoed’s outstanding innovations and reaffirm the university’s role as a government partner in providing a research database for national development planning.
1. Enhancement of academic capacity through the addition of full professors
During his tenure, Unsoed appointed several new full professors in various fields, an effort aimed at strengthening the university’s academic role in national development and enhancing Unsoed’s scholarly reputation.
1. Strengthening internationalization and global networks
Promoting internationalization programs, including program accreditation by international agencies (such as ASIIN/FIBAA) and the expansion of international cooperation, to enhance the competitiveness of graduates and Unsoed’s reputation at the global level
